We switched to a new merchant services provider (***) thinking their card processing fees would be better than our previous company. This is a real scam, they just took $1790 dollars out of my account because they never lose, they say they charge me for something I never contracted, I have no contract with them, I have not made any transaction (I have asked for proof that I have used that service) and so far they do not answer me. It is incredible that scam companies of this type exist. The worst thing is that if you see their website they say that they have A+ in BBB which is an absolute lie. I never put bad review for any business because I do business so I understand how hard to do business. But Ive had a nightmare with this company. On beginning 2020 my sale agent asked me to switch from ****** to NAB, I trust my sale agent so ok, but then the pandemic happened, my business closed, so I told my agent closed NAB account ( that time I didnt receive any their machine and used of their service even 1 day yet). North American Bancard (incorporating PayAnywhere and Payments Hub) hit ** with a chargeback of almost $600 simply because a customer claimed he didnt owe the money he had already charged. Yet he swiped his card on our North American Bancard. Then he won, we lost, and North American Bancard could care less.Luckily, we had never experienced such tricky customers, and North American Bancard was filled with hollow apologies when we appealed. I told them I wanted to cancel within the 45 "risk free" trial window and they still hit me with a cancellation fee of $825, which was not listed on the contract. Instead, they have a tiny link to another agreement in the fine print on the contract, which supposedly explained that I was in a 3 year contract with exorbitant cancellation fees. I was also told there would be no monthly fees, but that was also a lie. Started using them 2 years ago because the salesman said there was no commitment and we would only have to pay $10 a month for the *** machine. 2 months later we upgraded to a bigger *** machine for $20 a month and the salesman took the old ***. The next month we were billed for both machines, $30. We told them that their representative took the old *** but he evidently never returned it. This company is a bunch of SCAMMERS. We have been in business for 90 years and have never dealt with such a dishonest and unethical company. We closed our contract with them and returned our equipment and they sent us a bill for $1,100 saying we didn't return our equipment. Complete frauds, and the fact that the BBB for some reason has them at an A+ rating is disgusting (companies simply pay for their BBB accreditation each year - it means nothing.)

Run!!!! Complete Scam of a company. They claim their paymentshub portal is secure. They say it is PCI compliant and has AVS verification built in. Completely a lie! There should be a class action lawsuit against this company because they lead you to believe their payment portal is safe, when in fact it doesn't even check if the cardholder name is the same as what is being inputted.
