Oh how many times have we all said "should have read the reviews before I did business with these people"; once again, it has been proven as a true statement. We signed up with this merchant services company thru a old customer (who started working for them). We had many, many equipment issues and after a while it was just ridiculous. They put my account on hold for funding review for 7 days. I had the run around from there call center until I finally found out who ******* is. ***************************** closed my account because she was scared, I called her directly at *******-**** since she has had $12,680 in held monies from my customers. SO now they say 180 days to release my funds so now I look stupid calling my customers to do chargebacks to get that money back. Thanks, a lot never use these people.

We cancelled our merchant Services with them and stopped using their service in June 2019 but they claim we owe them $729.48 We asked for our contact to be sent but we havent seen it yet They are harassing us- How do we stop them?

This people are frauds thieves, and need to be closed down immediately clearly as you see by the reviews they stole money from my account without my permission for a machine that I never used never asked for,. They keep taking money out of my account to where ** getting ready to close my account due to them. Please close this business immediately.

We were trying to pay our closing balance and the lady at collection department, ***** ( she didnt give is her full name) was rude as H*** She didnt listen to us and drop the call with some rude words. She claimed that she is not customer service representative and cant listen to us, she is just COLLECTING service provider. They are over charging, monthly charging even when you close the account, and at the end start blaming the agent for everything and that they cant do anything. North American Bancard is by far the most disgusting and disrespectful company I have ever dealt with my entire life. I wish I have read these reviews before I got stuck with them. They opened and approved the application after their agent called us and promised us lower rates, two weeks later, they closed the account and held over $70,000 for 120 days for possible chargebacks. This is the biggest scam company. Run do not walk. Our customer used there credit card to make a purchase. North American bancard keep the money. They wouldn't pay us, nor would they do a charge back to the customer. If I could give them a lower rating I would.
They are nothing but a bunch of SCAMMERS!!! I requested to send back equiptment I wasn't using and because I got busy, I wasnt' timely in sending it back, they were still charging me fees for the equiptment mind you, next thing I know, I'm being charged $600 for equiptment. I then send it back to them and they still charged me the full amount and kept the equiptment! I told them, send it back, It's mine! I paid for it, so send it back! But NOPE!!!! Stay away from these scammers! I'll be leaving them very SOON!!!!!!
Cancelled my account and they still charged me ******* per month even though they said no transactions were run through them. They are thieves. Don't trust them with your bank information.
