This people are frauds thieves, and need to be closed down immediately clearly as you see by the reviews they stole money from my account without my permission for a machine that I never used never asked for,. We were trying to pay our closing balance and the lady at collection department, ***** ( she didnt give is her full name) was rude as H*** She didnt listen to us and drop the call with some rude words. She claimed that she is not customer service representative and cant listen to us, she is just COLLECTING service provider. North American Bancard is by far the most disgusting and disrespectful company I have ever dealt with my entire life. I wish I have read these reviews before I got stuck with them. They opened and approved the application after their agent called us and promised us lower rates, two weeks later, they closed the account and held over $70,000 for 120 days for possible chargebacks. This is the biggest scam company. Run do not walk. Our customer used there credit card to make a purchase. North American bancard keep the money. They wouldn't pay us, nor would they do a charge back to the customer. If I could give them a lower rating I would.
They are nothing but a bunch of SCAMMERS!!! I requested to send back equiptment I wasn't using and because I got busy, I wasnt' timely in sending it back, they were still charging me fees for the equiptment mind you, next thing I know, I'm being charged $600 for equiptment. I then send it back to them and they still charged me the full amount and kept the equiptment! I told them, send it back, It's mine! I paid for it, so send it back! But NOPE!!!! Stay away from these scammers! I'll be leaving them very SOON!!!!!!
Cancelled my account and they still charged me ******* per month even though they said no transactions were run through them. They are thieves. Don't trust them with your bank information.
Do not use this company!!!They apparently gave us an account that we didn't know about and never used.This account was was apparently created in 2017.Fast forward to October of 2020. We find emails in an old unused personal email saying we owed them $674 dollars. This company and their employees are THIEVES. I opened and cancelled my account the same day back in January 2019. They admit the account was in fact closed in 2019 but has charged me $7.95 "processing fees" every month regardless. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS "BANK"
This company held $12,000 with no explanation of why. *** never had a complaint or dispute from any of my customers. They asked for documentation which I promptly provided. They then said they needed to speak to the customer which they did and he verified the transaction.
