This company is a bunch of SCAMMERS. We have been in business for 90 years and have never dealt with such a dishonest and unethical company. We closed our contract with them and returned our equipment and they sent us a bill for $1,100 saying we didn't return our equipment. Complete frauds, and the fact that the BBB for some reason has them at an A+ rating is disgusting (companies simply pay for their BBB accreditation each year - it means nothing.)

Run!!!! Complete Scam of a company. They claim their paymentshub portal is secure. They say it is PCI compliant and has AVS verification built in. Completely a lie! There should be a class action lawsuit against this company because they lead you to believe their payment portal is safe, when in fact it doesn't even check if the cardholder name is the same as what is being inputted. This company is a fraud. The use Paymentshub as a contractor and I signed my contract with Northamerican Bancard for 1 yr. I ended up staying with them 2 yrs and they said I cant cancel. They want me to cancel with Paymentshub?? I did not have a contract anymore and they are forcing me to pay $ 295 to cancel when my contract states there is not cancellation fee. I was told by the salesman for this company that there would be no monthly fee. They lied. I never received a debit reader that was supposed to be sent to me. They are trying to charge me for that as well. Now they have passed this onto a credit reporting collection company that want over $1200.00 dollars for services never rendered. They have been through several class action lawsuits for this before. They are predatory in how they do business and try to ruin business credit ratings.

Signed up December 2021. The service itself is good, easy to use. But they have imposed unexpected fees as high as $149 multiple times. Although they promised us a savings in fees of about $700/year, it has actually cost an additional $1,000 over what we paid last year in only 11 months. Called the ** in ****. They basically say their hands are tied. It's up to the agent. He is only willing to provide some relief from the exorbitant fees they just charged, but will do nothing about waiving the $575 early cancellation fee. So... read more

Extremely disreputable company with the worst customer service. BEWARE!!!!! I will be writing letters to the Better Business Bureau and other supervisory organizations regarding their predatorial, dishonest business practices.

This company is as crooked as it can be. Charged outrageous amount for an old terminal that MUST be return. It's their way or stealing from customers for the last time. We never communicate via fax and don't have fax number but they chose to send the last request to return device via fax and of course we never get it. They wanted 915 for it. Mind you, this is what other processor give for free and don't even want it back. To me, they intended to misdirect the return request so they can steal even more money from customers.
