This company is a fraud. The use Paymentshub as a contractor and I signed my contract with Northamerican Bancard for 1 yr. I ended up staying with them 2 yrs and they said I cant cancel. They want me to cancel with Paymentshub?? I did not have a contract anymore and they are forcing me to pay $ 295 to cancel when my contract states there is not cancellation fee. I was told by the salesman for this company that there would be no monthly fee. They lied. I never received a debit reader that was supposed to be sent to me. They are trying to charge me for that as well. Now they have passed this onto a credit reporting collection company that want over $1200.00 dollars for services never rendered. They have been through several class action lawsuits for this before. They are predatory in how they do business and try to ruin business credit ratings.
Signed up December 2021. The service itself is good, easy to use. But they have imposed unexpected fees as high as $149 multiple times. Although they promised us a savings in fees of about $700/year, it has actually cost an additional $1,000 over what we paid last year in only 11 months. Called the ** in ****. Extremely disreputable company with the worst customer service. BEWARE!!!!! I will be writing letters to the Better Business Bureau and other supervisory organizations regarding their predatorial, dishonest business practices.
This company is as crooked as it can be. Charged outrageous amount for an old terminal that MUST be return. It's their way or stealing from customers for the last time. We never communicate via fax and don't have fax number but they chose to send the last request to return device via fax and of course we never get it. They wanted 915 for it. Mind you, this is what other processor give for free and don't even want it back. To me, they intended to misdirect the return request so they can steal even more money from customers.
Despite the rising fees, that they charge with no notice, I stayed with them for a decade. When I had to cancel because of the increasing fees, they gave me 10 days to RECEIVE my terminal. I couldn't even get to the post office until the weekend, because I work, and it apparently took 12 days to reach them. I didn't hear a word for FOUR MONTHS, when they suddenly took $1100 from my account. I called them to close the account soon as I got the pos. It didn't seem legit kind of unprofessional and shady. The assured me the account would be closed within 10 days .it was not they said they would send me return labels I never received. A year later they contacted me saying I owe then **** for there contact and fees. I contacted the company and talked to a nice lady tha went out of her way to work the problem out . NAB was a poor choice by us for credit card processing. We had problems from day 1, NAB did little to resolve the issues. We ended up changing service companies and have been hounded ever since for an early cancellation charge. They take no fault in our need to change providers. I suggest that no one uses this company.
