Despite the rising fees, that they charge with no notice, I stayed with them for a decade. When I had to cancel because of the increasing fees, they gave me 10 days to RECEIVE my terminal. I couldn't even get to the post office until the weekend, because I work, and it apparently took 12 days to reach them. I didn't hear a word for FOUR MONTHS, when they suddenly took $1100 from my account. I called them to close the account soon as I got the pos. It didn't seem legit kind of unprofessional and shady. The assured me the account would be closed within 10 days .it was not they said they would send me return labels I never received. A year later they contacted me saying I owe then **** for there contact and fees. I contacted the company and talked to a nice lady tha went out of her way to work the problem out . NAB was a poor choice by us for credit card processing. We had problems from day 1, NAB did little to resolve the issues. We ended up changing service companies and have been hounded ever since for an early cancellation charge. They take no fault in our need to change providers. I suggest that no one uses this company.

A lady named *************************** an inside sales rep with North American Bancard asked to speak to me or my husband at my place of business. First he does not work here at all and should not be included in any conversation about the business. Second she proceeded to ask for my email address I gave her the work email but she already had my husbands email which is a red flag to me. When I first started using PayAnywhere, they agreed to wave the annual fees, but I would pay the monthly fees. The first 2 years I used them, they charged the annual fees and I had to call to have it reversed. The third year, they charged me again and refused to reverse it. The online agreement I e-signed did not specify the length of time I was contractually obligated to use their services. Horrible unprofessional company. Would not let us cancel. Called harassing us to stay. They have a ton of hidden fees. Called my boss cursing during the call trying to convince him not to switch to the company I work for. Bashed and bad mouthed the other company when their reviews were 100 times better with 4 stars on BBB. It is impossible to reach customer service, and when you try to cancel no one calls you back it takes months and they still **** you the whole time and they have a ton of hidden fees. Do not do business with this company they closed my account without notice then sent me an email saying I closed the account. This company has the worst customer service I've ever encountered as a business owner. I wish that I could give them no stars please if you have a business don't use them as a credit card processor

I wish there was less than zero stars as an option. STAY AWAY!!! Held our funds after the sales girl assured us it would not happen. Had to wait 120 days for the release. 145 days later I am still fighting to get it.

I closed my account with them on 1/28/2019. I was told there was balance outstanding and that I needed to return the equipment within 10 days. I returned the equipment certified mail with signature required. Package was signed for on 2/1/2019. Now, 3 year later, they are harassing me that I owe them over $1,000 for not returning the equipment within 10 days. I provided proof of return of equipment within 10 days.
