North Park Toyota has been the one I go to for more than 10 years. For those 10+ years, Osmiel “Ozzy” has been our salesman except when he was assigned to another location. He always gets us what we need and makes sure we are 100% satisfied. He is an asset to the dealership. I love Northpark Toyota and always will.

Frank Guerrero service was great explained service issue and cost to repair he followed up with me and I was able to reach him whenever I had a question. Gave me his cell no. And was able to keep in touch with him. So far truck is running good. I hope frank stays with north park I have seen a lot of turnover there in service. No one seems to stay long. Management needs to reward good employees in order to keep them.
