Great follow up and communication. Very prompt with information. Haven’t purchased yet due to insurance hold ups (after totaling my previous vehicle). Would recommend them.

2nd Tundra I bought from them in two years. Robert Kern and Rodrigo Sallick got me the vehicle I wanted at the term I wanted within a couple of hours. Great customer service.

I want to thank Northpark Toyota for the great customer service.I have been going to David Garza for all my vehicles I just want to say Toyota has the best sales person with great personality great customer service and always trying to do his best to make the customer happy. Again I just want to thank everyone that help get me a 2021 RAV4 Toyota.

I had visited about 8 dealerships in Austin and San Antonio the week I visited North Park Toyota. This dealership was the best dealership out of all of them. The place was spotlessly clean, the salesperson (Hugo Vasquez) was professional, knowledgeable and not pushy. It was obvious that his approach was one of win-win; win for the dealership and win for me -- the customer. I went to buy a new 2021 toyota tundra last friday.met with michael gurney a salesman. This guy was a 1st class act .treated me very professional and made the deal run smoothly,i would recommend this guy to everyone. My mother in law went in for a oil change on her 2018 rav4 XLE and ended buying a 2021 RAV4 XLE but she is handicap and in her mid 70s so somewhere in that sell it was not explained to her that the Rav 4 had dropped some extras she was told that the new 2021 had more Technology and was more equipped. After getting home I showed her that she no longer had this and that . Thanks to Moses in sales and William in finance, I left the lot in a brand new 2021 Corolla! As a first time buyer, I’m blown away. Staff is extremely friendly. Moses was very patient while I was very indecisive. He never made me feel like he was picking the car for me, it felt more like he was guiding me with my own decisions! Thank you!
