Good Experience When I arrived I wasn't sure how the visit would turn out. It appeared the staff was experiencing a shortage of employees under the red tent. I had a 9AM appointment with Ray. I arrived at 8:40AM and was told Ray doesn't get in until 9AM. Michael Godina approached me and let me know he would be with we shortly. This was approximately 8:50AM.
