Mr. Duron was very helpful and answered all my questions. The wait was maybe an hour and a half but didn't since that long. Their waiting area is great. Everyone is very nice and helpful.
Great inventory; nice people I was looking for a 2019 Rav4 Hybrid, and they had several of them at North Park Toyota. The people there were very helpful and friendly. They made car buying simple and stress-free. They even helped me register the car in California, where I live.
Oil and filter change I had an appointment for 12 noon. I was running behind my time for an oil and filter change. I also was made even later because I had to stop and purchase my own Royal Purple oil. That is the only oil I use in my car. The place was so busy it felt like I would never get to Toyota.
