Once I got there, someone approached me in a friendly manner and told me someone will be right out. Then Frank took care of everything for me and the waiting time was less than I expected.

My experience was very easy going. Jimmy drove around the lot to show me the different paint colors the Rav4 came in since black and white was the only colors in stock. I do recommend Toyota figure away to change items in a package due to not everyone wants low profile tires. This is what prevented me from buying yhe XSE
