Get directionsWish I had something good to say, but after the doctors missed the break in my puppy’s leg 20 years ago, and left a maggot in my kitten’s head wound (found as a stray) on Friday, I really can’t trust them. I was happy to take financial responsibility for the kitten, but I would like for them to take responsibility for providing the level of care that I paid for. Instead, I was instructed to remove it myself. I did, but that should have been taken care of as part of cleaning the wound.
Worst hospital ever!!!! Avoid this place at all costs! Completely mismanaged, over priced, terrible staff, terrible care.

Hello Mr. Burnworth. We value feedback and would appreciate the opportunity to discuss your concerns regarding your visit. We are unable to locate your name in our system so please feel free to call (260) 426-1062 to speak to our Medical Director, Dr. Eryn Leffers.
My son accidentally ran his dog over and took his dog here only to find out unless he gave them $2000 dollars they wouldn’t see the dog at all. Not one ounce of care in the world unless your pockets are full of cash. I definitely won’t take any of my animals here. We live in a world where no one seems to have any compassion including this animal hospital
You will end up here most likely as a matter of last resort. You may not receive accuracy or honesty in the presentation of your options if you have any. You will not be given much compassion or 'bedside' manner depending on who you are talking to. You will pay dearly for every act done on behalf of your suffering animal. If you have any possibility of receiving care from a trusted, caring veterinarian I would strongly suggest you pursue that before coming here.

This place was terrible! Let’s start with poopy toilet paper in the room that they just put us in!!! Definitely should have been cleaned! Was there from 1 to 9:30 for a hip displacement! Their supervisor Marisa got crappy with me multiple times! Then they drug my poor dog instead of helping her by walking they pulled her along as if she was nothing to them! They didn’t have good attitudes towards most of their customers so I can only imagine what kinda of crap they are doing to our family while they are back there! I will ne... read more

to much money on my bill to safe my 🐕 life 👎👎👎👎👎
all they care about is getting your money, they did very little to help my border Collie who had parvovirus and they made use wait almost 5 hours before they did anything and then they gave him some meds and let me send him home. when I got home he passed away and I called them and ask if I could refund on the meds I didn't get to use. they said they wouldnt take the meds or give me a refund now I'm stuck with $700 dollars worth of meds! screw that place don't take any of your animals there!

Hello Mr. Reichhart, I’m very sorry for your loss. We just saw your post and tried calling both contact numbers but the voicemails were not set up yet. Please call the hospital and ask to speak with Keely, the ER Supervisor on duty so that we can address your concerns. Sincerely, Andrea Baker, Hospital Administrator
This is as stated a specialist veterinary doing complicated surguries to which we were recommended by our local vet for a larangeal tie back and again for removal of a fatty deposit wraped around nerves on our pet. For pets in the Ft. Wayne area they also are available for emergency services as they have staff on duty 24/7 and also do routine vet services. Specialty services do not come cheap, but they are are very caring, professional, and specialy trained.
My dog was there for 24 hours mostly us waiting in a little room cuz apparently our situation was not important enough. Needless to say after I picked her up she still will not eat or drink water and I’m going to call my Vet who gives a crap about their patients. I should not have to call a place and demand to know what is wrong with my dog. I should not be told to wait to call back until 10 and threaten to come and get her because all you guys want is more money! I will never go here EVER again!!!!!!!!!
