My dog was very ill. We went to our vet on a saturday. Was unsure the issue, he seemed to get worse so we took him the er the next day. Total scam!!! The vet did x-rays and said she had no idea what is wrong but it looked pretty serious. She wanted to do "exploratory surgery". We were crushed as she made it seem this surgery was our only option or he could die. They came back with an estimated bill total of 4100. Wouldn't go there again terrible service very slow
First and foremost, this pathetic excuse of a hospital is all for the money. I URGE EVERYONE TO AVOID THESE SCAMMERS. They're prices don' even make sense! My 5 year old cat was struck by a car and these people REFUSED to treat him unless we paid up front. I AM A 17 YEAR OLD HIGHSCHOOL STUDENT WHO OBVIOUSLY DOES NOT HAVE A CREDIT CARD NOR DO I HAVE 270 dollars for an Xray, especially after paying $135 for them to tell me (obviously) that his legs were broken!!!!!!! they wouldnt even accept a payment plan to pay over time, and... read more
Showed no concern or compassion. Dr Coolman didn't listen to my concerns only pushed for tests. Didn't have the decency to call me himself with the results. Tech couldn't answer my questions on the results. I called to check on my pet, the tech was rude when I asked what they were feeding her. Refused to let me speak to a vet that could address my concerns. Ended up with nothing but a $2000 vet bill!! They didn't even do anything to actually treat my pet.
You know what I don't think this place even deserves a star....I took my cat here this morning due to having his intestines hanging out of his incision and the only thing these people were worried about was getting there money ......wouldn't work with me on possible payments nothing .....I was hassled the 4 hours I was there over not being able to pay half....and the people that work there are RUDE!! Never again will I go back .....this place is a joke!
