Get directionsThey are to slow coming in to look at my dog. They need to speed it up.
I will never take any of my animals here again. Instead of being up front and calm about my pets needs they were playing dr. House looking at everything but what was wrong with her. After what my vet said should be an over night and them saying she just needs to eat to send her home...I go to see her the best and obvious choice was to let her go. Should have know this was going to be bad when front desk was slamming everything around and acting hectic and doctor would answer part of questions and hurry out door like shed bee... read more

Hi Rosie. We are sincerely sorry for the loss of Aggie and are working hard to communicate with you and your family to address the situation. We take this feedback seriously and will work hard to ensure it does not happen in the future.
We brought our Maltese/tea cup chihuahua in because our vet said she needed fluids after she had seen them. she was admitted Friday and the doctor said from looking at her she was determined that it was something with her uterus (we had seen our vet 45 minutes before this and knew what the problem was) The staff was SO rude and acted as though we were annoying by asking questions about our dogs vitals. the front desk girl rolled her eyes when we asked for vitals before leaving for the night. we called everyday, multiple time... read more

We honestly value your feedback and are saddened to hear about your negative experience and by the loss of Aggie. Thank you for speaking with us on Tuesday and as discussed, we will be following up by the end of the week.
They are great in the middle of the night. The desk personal need to start using the paging system. They tend to be very unorganized and take very long to do anything.
Business response:

My dog was hurt on Sunday. Took her to this emergency clinic. I would assume that there main animals are. That they take care of. Would be cats and dogs. The sign says emergency on it. I didn't exspect an all mighty miracle. I did assume that they would be prepared for most anything involving cats and dogs. I was told by vet that they didn't have the tools to remove a tooth. They Said they could put here under and look at it. But that was about it. I was told. I was better off trying to take her to my own vet tomorrow. So ... read more

Hi Jody, thank you for your feedback. Our facility is a progressive emergency & specialty hospital equipped to deal with many advanced injuries and conditions. We are dedicated to providing the high quality care for our patients. In the case of your Pebbles, most people don’t understand that a broken or fractured tooth actually requires a surgical procedure to remove the tooth and prevent major infection. Additionally, because the tooth is so painful—most pets will require some time of sedition in order for the doctor to ful... read more
Took my dog here to get exam since our vet was closed for the weekend. Staff was very rude, they didn't seem busy for a Saturday and when we waited forever to get blood pressure and exam done I confronted one of the nurses about what was taking so long. She was very rude with her response and told me she had other things to get done.
Business response:
Hi Whitney, thank you for your feedback. It is our number one goal to provide exceptional veterinary care as well as excellent customer service, so we are sad to hear this was not the case for you. We know our clients’ time is valuable and do our best to see each patient in an efficient and effective time frame, however, as an emergency facility, there are inevitable and unforeseen delays that sometimes occur. When this is the case, we try our best to communicate this with our clients and it seems like there may have been a ... read more

This place is a joke. Money hungry people. If you can't afford to pay up front, don't bother. They would just as soon watch your pet die in the lobby. They refuse to let you watch them "treat" your pet because they are horrible to them behind the scenes. They took my rat back in the back and brought him out bleeding from the eyes nose and ears. They tried to put him to sleep by jabbing a needle in his heart with no anesthesia. They missed and he suffered for 15 minutes before he actually died. And he died alone on a cold tab... read more
