Get directionsThis place was terrible! Let’s start with poopy toilet paper in the room that they just put us in!!! Definitely should have been cleaned! Was there from 1 to 9:30 for a hip displacement! Their supervisor Marisa got crappy with me multiple times! Then they drug my poor dog instead of helping her by walking they pulled her along as if she was nothing to them! They didn’t have good attitudes towards most of their customers so I can only imagine what kinda of crap they are doing to our family while they are back there! I will ne... read more

to much money on my bill to safe my 🐕 life 👎👎👎👎👎
all they care about is getting your money, they did very little to help my border Collie who had parvovirus and they made use wait almost 5 hours before they did anything and then they gave him some meds and let me send him home. when I got home he passed away and I called them and ask if I could refund on the meds I didn't get to use. they said they wouldnt take the meds or give me a refund now I'm stuck with $700 dollars worth of meds! screw that place don't take any of your animals there!

Hello Mr. Reichhart, I’m very sorry for your loss. We just saw your post and tried calling both contact numbers but the voicemails were not set up yet. Please call the hospital and ask to speak with Keely, the ER Supervisor on duty so that we can address your concerns. Sincerely, Andrea Baker, Hospital Administrator
This is as stated a specialist veterinary doing complicated surguries to which we were recommended by our local vet for a larangeal tie back and again for removal of a fatty deposit wraped around nerves on our pet. For pets in the Ft. Wayne area they also are available for emergency services as they have staff on duty 24/7 and also do routine vet services. Specialty services do not come cheap, but they are are very caring, professional, and specialy trained.
My dog was there for 24 hours mostly us waiting in a little room cuz apparently our situation was not important enough. Needless to say after I picked her up she still will not eat or drink water and I’m going to call my Vet who gives a crap about their patients. I should not have to call a place and demand to know what is wrong with my dog. I should not be told to wait to call back until 10 and threaten to come and get her because all you guys want is more money! I will never go here EVER again!!!!!!!!!

Mrs. Troxell – Thank you again for allowing us the time to investigate & address your concerns. We sincerely value your feedback and understand your frustrations. As mentioned, we will use your comments and points discussed during our follow up conversations, as a training tool for all our staff. Everyone at our hospital has dedicated their lives to helping animals. In this case, we certainly failed you on the communication aspect; however we truly only wish the best for you & Sadie. We hope to provide a much better exp... read more
very nice people friendly they got me in and helped me out called a bunch of vets and tried getting in no one would see me but they where more worried bout my dog told me to come in and they would help me out
If your pet requires surgery take them elsewhere. Used staples on my dogs intestines instead of dissolveable sutures, making her intestines smaller thus more likely for future problems. Way to expensive for shitty service.
Personnel nice, but I spent over $600 to have them loose a biopsy and still don't know why my dog has swollen lymph glands. Brought in my dog because of potential airway swelling and left with promises of an answer that I will never receive. Amoxicillin pills are very expensive at this hospital
Wouldn't even give them a star . They are a damn joke called them the only place open to see if I could take my Chihuahua in that was pregnant and delivered 2 pups with my help but she couldn't deliver the others and was dying from her being in shock and they told me without 145 up front not counting if they had to do anything for her which is only oblivious she would need more assistance they couldn't do nothing . I agreed to give them my prepaid credit card that my SSI check comes on to hold so they get their payment and t... read more
