This place is a joke. Won't see an animal in an emergency without any money up front and won't offer a billing plan. Seems like the most important thing is money over an animals needs. I will never refer this awful place to family or friends.

Unless your animal is literally dying, save your money. It's pretty obvious that they will do anything to get more money out of you. They put my cat on 4 different medications for basically nothing. Just a false alarm. The bill was twice as much as when I had to get a shelter dog of mine treated for heart worms. I'm still in shock.

This place.... We brought my boy in after he got into a fight with another of our dogs. His ear was torn and bleeding everywhere. Before he was even checked out they were already talking about money. A lady came in and took his vitals after we had been waiting about 20 minutes. After she was done the Dr came in about 20 minutes later and checked him out and sent another girl in about 20 more minutes later with an estimate for the treatment. This whole time my dog is bleeding. He was shaking his head and got blood everywhere.... read more

My wife and I took our puppy here last Sunday because he had stopped eating and being himself, he was diagnosed with parvo and they told us that to have him given treatment it was going to cost 3500 with 1500 upfront and 2000 on pickup, so we asked if there was anything we could do at home because we didnt have 1500 on us at the moment and were told no but we could save him the suffering and have him euthanized. Told them we were just going to take him home and find another vet that could work with us on payments Monday mo... read more

Business response:

David, unfortunately, Parvo-viral enteritis remains a deadly illness that can be very costly to treat effectively. As with many sick pets, multiple treatment options are often discussed to provide as many viable options for owners as possible and given the potential severity of parvo-viral disease, we always offer a hospitalized treatment plan. In your case, we offered a hospitalized treatment plan and an outpatient treatment plan. After review of both options were declined, there was not much more we could do without approv... read more

The woman that answered the phone tonight couldn't have been less compassionate and helpful. She was only concerned with telling me prices. So rude and didn't care at all. My cat is fine by the way thanks for nothing.

Business response:

Brittany, thank you for bringing this to our attention. We would greatly appreciate you giving us a call at your earliest convenience and asking to speak with Andrea, our practice manager, as we take this feedback very seriously. We look forward to hearing from you and can assure you that we will work hard to address any necessary staff training improvements and customer service with our team!

As much as I know a business needs money to survive, this place seems totally worried about getting it and less about actually caring for the "Pet". From the moment you step in there it is all about the $$$$. The "Dr." who says, "His abdomen is really tender", takes him back for a few X-rays.......and doesn't even X-ray his abdomen (just to make sure). They then tried to sell me on some Glucosamine mix (which was way expensive considering you can buy it OTC). When i didn't want it she tried to SELL me on it. Total bill 686.0... read more

Terrible place. Holding a sick and dying cat hostage for money. Nothing but a bunch of greedy, uncaring, sorry excuses for vets. I pray none of our other animals get so sick again that they have to die in an awful place like that, taken away from the ones who love them by people trying to squeeze the owner of all they're worth.

Business response:

Alexandra, we are very sorry to hear about your experience and attempted to contact you to address your concerns. Unfortunately we were unable to identify you as a client, given the name posting the review. We’d appreciate the opportunity to learn more about your visit and what happened. Please give us a call at your earliest convenience and ask to speak with our practice manager, as we do take this feedback very seriously.
