The woman that answered the phone tonight couldn't have been less compassionate and helpful. She was only concerned with telling me prices. So rude and didn't care at all. My cat is fine by the way thanks for nothing.

As much as I know a business needs money to survive, this place seems totally worried about getting it and less about actually caring for the "Pet". From the moment you step in there it is all about the $$$$. The "Dr." who says, "His abdomen is really tender", takes him back for a few X-rays.......and doesn't even X-ray his abdomen (just to make sure). Terrible place. Holding a sick and dying cat hostage for money. Nothing but a bunch of greedy, uncaring, sorry excuses for vets. I pray none of our other animals get so sick again that they have to die in an awful place like that, taken away from the ones who love them by people trying to squeeze the owner of all they're worth.

We have taken several of our pets to this place over the past several years. At one point we spent $6,000 on a pet that ended up passing away. I guess my biggest problem is the charges in the fees. I remember at one time it was only $85 to have the dr. Look at the pet and now it's $145! Everyone is out there everybody take care of their pets but how in God's name can places like this justify their prices when it comes to seeking help with a pet. We had a really horrible experience with this place. We took our dog there after hours after he had broken his leg from a car accident. They refused to treat his leg so we could take him home, loaded him up on drugs where he was shaking and then refused to allow us to take our dog home and forced my husband into agreeing to put the dog to sleep even though he was visibly functional and attentive aside from his broken leg. It started out well. They took us straight in. First they explained that it would cost $149.00 to have the doctor examine him and if they did anything else it would be more. The assistant came and looked at our dog, took some ear samples and said the doctor would be in in a few minutes . The doctor comes and tells us she will need to take our dog in the back to examine him. What? Why? We ask. She says so he can be muzzled and she would have help to hold him. What? Took my Maltese in Sunday morning due to chronic ear infections to get her started on meds before it got worse. The techs were very nice and listened to me. When the vet Dr. Matthews came in I was less than impressed. He barely looked at my dog and when he tried to touch her ear she yelped and growled because it hurt and was insistent she was going to bite "his finger off" so he didn't even try to actually look at her again.
