Great customer service. All set up, capability demoed, questions answerd.
The service technician did an excellent job replacing parts on my wheelchair. He was courteous and professional. The repair did not take long. I saw that my joystick face gasket was peeling off. He called the supply company about ordering just the gasket, but found the whole joystick had to be replaced. He sent the request to the administrative staff to get approval from Humana/Medicare.
The technician was punctual, knowledgeable, and performed the service very quickly. He also went out of his way to check other parts of the chair that were outside the work order. As always, it was a great experience with Numotion!
