It has been four months and still do not have a motorized wheelchair repaired. Had to wait two months for some one to evaluate the wheelchair, then wait a month for the part to come in. Now a technician can't complete the repair for another five weeks. My family member has been immobile for 5 months, unable to get to the dining room for meals. Very disappointed by Numotion ******** or ********. Unreasonable delays and poor communication. I am getting billed for my daughter's wheelchair and yet nearly 6 months after she was measured, she still does not have it. Children outgrow wheelchairs and by the time she receives it, it's not going to fit her. Not to mention, she does not have a wheelchair that fits her now. Numotion is making their money so they really don't seem to care.
Wow look at all these people and not one left a review higher than 1 star. I cant say that I'm surprised. Numotion knows good and well that people in wheelchairs are helpless w/o their chairs and they exploit this fact. Firstly you cant reach anyone directly and you have to go thru several annoying channels just to reach someone who lies to you. Their lack of concern is painfully evident. They've no respect for the disabled and consistently place them in difficult predicaments all while spouting lies about appointments etc. ... read more

Numotion lied about their repair services. My husband is a double amputee and his life depends on his wheelchair for everyday life and not to mention getting to dialysis, We we purchased the chair we were told that if any thing went wrong they would be out immediately to fix, his wheelchair stopped working, we called and spoke to several people trying to get it fixed. If i could leave a half a star i would. Extremely poor service! I have no mobility outside my Jazzy chair. The battery will not charge and ive been waiting for at least 5 weeks to get a repair person to come fix it. I called again today & begged them to send someone out before my appt. which is still 3 weeks away. They informed me that they just cant service it anytime before. Very poor service after receiving my powered wheelchair. In my actual experience.I'm 65 and a c67 quadraplegic for 35 years now. Around April or may 2023 i develop problems with my 2 year old powerwheelchair. The controller needed replacing.It took 6 months for that.During that time my battery had died. They order batteries.it took 2 months.
