The support people were great the salesperson that handled was bad with it her response to her voicemails I left her a voicemail and she never did return that call
Knox, listened to my concerns about the comfort of my future chair and addressed them accordingly, I was allowed to test chairs during the visit and it allowed me to find my comfort level with certain types of chair features.
Technician was very good. We noticed MODE button not working after technician left, but he came back next day to fix.
Knox is very knowledgeable about wheelchairs. He’s fast, efficient, and professional.
