TERRIBLE business- NO customer service - I have had a chair for over a year now - quit working about a month into it. I can not get anyone to answer calls, service chair, etc... I can not even begin to tell you all the problems we have had with service department. Also, HUGE issue with billing - being billed wrong amount and for services that were under warranty - I am sure this is some type of insurance fraud. I would not recommend this company to anyone.
