I saw Steve he is the best. I showed Steve both wheelchairs my manual with frog legs the tec just fixed on past Friday they felt great first day. But they are still not right. So Steve is getting me regular forks it should be easyer to fix.new rear wheels. And sling board for the sag. Then for the motor for my electric 2 motors instead of just1 they are both noise the chair is all over the place. Ty. So much Steve it was so worthwhile to come see you in the storm. Merry Christmas

All the folks involved did a great job. My issue is with the chair itself. It makes a loud 'kerplunk" sound ever time I move in any direction using the joy stick. I did not expect this level noise with a brand new chair.

Offer more than one style of chair. There was no lumbar support and everything was too short for me, making the chair uncomfortable for me. This kind of treatment towards the handicapped is despicable. Also, I could not make a statement on Google because you had me logged in to someone else’s account. What the ???

I requested the replacement service for battery and SD card on June 5 for my power wheel chair. NUMOTION took more than one month to get the job done. It’s a medical equipment and critical for health issues. Please check NUMOTION ratings on Best Business Bureau and your overall customers rating is only 1 which is the worst. I strongly recommend you to address all your customers problems before there’s any tragedy occurring to any patient Francis

Work with the customer better I felt you didn’t care about the customers needs. I felt Eric and Lisa did not care about what was best for Josh they were both getting frustrated during our appointment. Very bad experience

Ordering a simple headrest cover and seat cushion cover took over several months end-to-end, including a three-month delay in scheduling a technician to deliver the covers when they could have easily been shipped to save three months of waiting.
