I ordered a cushion in February of 2022 *** waited about a month for an update on the app. Nothing cane so I called. The lady that was in charge of my order claimed they tried getting authorization from my insurance but was unable to a couple of weeks after the order was place. Mind you, this would be the point we're any other business would call the client and explain *** try and resolve the issue, but no call. I signed an Appointment of Representative Form in order to have NuMotion collect and file documents on my behalf because I thought that they had more resources than I did in order to get a piece of assistive technology funded through insurance. I have to say that I made a huge mistake by doing this. This process was supposed to take 3-5 months, but we are now in month 6. If I could give them 0 star's I would as well! Numotion will not order the equipment you need unless you pay them first, but don't want to refund your money...never experienced this with other medical companies. I ordered a replacement chair and it was delivered in June 2021 but it wasn't similar to my current chair as they said it would be, nevertheless numerous technicians or at times the same ones have been coming out to my residence since then making adjustments to this manual wheelchair trying to make it fit so I'll be ... read more

One of the worst companies I have worked with. This is regarding a ******* for my 20 month old who can't stand yet...************ location.They keep claiming doctor didn't return the notes they needed. I contacted doctor multiple times and they were saying, they sent it to their office multiple times. This took months to straighten out... RIDICULOUS. I've been dealing with Numotion of Springfield for five years now and they are terrible!! I don't really have a choice in wheelchair companies because I have a Permobil and Numotion is the only certified wheelchair company for ********* within a hundred miles. The issues with Numotion are; they don't compete orders, they don't call back when they're suppose to, sometimes my phone calls just gounanswered. TERRIBLE business- NO customer service - I have had a chair for over a year now - quit working about a month into it. I can not get anyone to answer calls, service chair, etc... I can not even begin to tell you all the problems we have had with service department. Also, HUGE issue with billing - being billed wrong amount and for services that were under warranty - I am sure this is some type of insurance fraud. I would not recommend this company to anyone.
