One of the worst companies I have worked with. This is regarding a ******* for my 20 month old who can't stand yet...************ location.They keep claiming doctor didn't return the notes they needed. I've been dealing with Numotion of Springfield for five years now and they are terrible!! I don't really have a choice in wheelchair companies because I have a Permobil and Numotion is the only certified wheelchair company for ********* within a hundred miles. The issues with Numotion are; they don't compete orders, they don't call back when they're suppose to, sometimes my phone calls just gounanswered. TERRIBLE business- NO customer service - I have had a chair for over a year now - quit working about a month into it. I can not get anyone to answer calls, service chair, etc... I can not even begin to tell you all the problems we have had with service department. Also, HUGE issue with billing - being billed wrong amount and for services that were under warranty - I am sure this is some type of insurance fraud. I would not recommend this company to anyone.
