Our meeting with Ian was excellent. He was very professional and thorough. Ian spent a good deal of time going through each of my issues until he reached a resolution. We are totally satisfied with everything he did. It has really given me back my ability to use my chair safely and effectively. I'm looking forward to the upgrades he has suggested.
