Service or Repair Issues Nutrafol billed my account as a reoccurring charge without authorization. Called customer service -no one answer. Also sent email- no response. Unable to get into my online account because the error is reading my account has not been set up but it has.
Sales and Advertising Issues I took the product for a week which caused severe stomach issues. I stopped taking them and didn't realize that I had signed up for a recurring subscription. A refill auto-shipment of pills were sent to me again and I was charged over $400. The return policy on the website says to email them for all returns. THEY DO NOT RESPOND TO EMAILS. Product Issues I placed an order with Nutrafol.com for postpartum hair loss supplement order #*********. Its been 10 days and the order is still processing and not shipped. I am unable to reach a nutrafol representative through email or Phone. By phone the automated messaging states there is no support person available. I am also unable to cancel my order on the website.
Product Issues I was charged for and sent a 2nd 3 month subscription without any notification that I was on an auotmated renewal plan and a notification that my subsciption was about to be renewed. I believe the company is deceptive in that when you sign up for the trial, it does not give you an option to not automatically subscribe to renewals. That is a very dishonest business practice. Product Issues On 8/20/22 I was looking at the Nutrafol site and started to fill out an online order. When I saw the total (after my CC info was added), I backed out of the order pages and thought that was the end. Then I received an email saying to complete my order click here, which I deleted. Service or Repair Issues Was charged for a product, never received confirmation, it has not shipped, and customer service is inaccessible to reach. Their phone lines disconnect and emails are not responded to. Asking for a refund as I have not received the product or any shipping information and not getting any response.
