Product Issues I purchase Nutrafol hair supplements in June of 2022. I discovered that taking the supplements gave me severe gastrointestinal problems. Service or Repair Issues Placed order for 6 months of two products. Second shipment of the second three months arrived in a box of just shattered glass and lose pills. Product Issues I have been trying to return an unopened bottle of Nutrafol, within the return perimeters. The company's website states to send an email request for returns, which I did, numerous times, without a response. I have also tried calling (only the be on hold for over 30 minutes) and when the call goes through, they hang up without making any contact. They say they're busy. We're all busy, but this is ridiculous and sounds like they're trying to avoid my return.
Service or Repair Issues I purchased 2 orders from Nutrafol on July 5. One order was being shipped to my daugther. It has been almost a month and she has received nothing. The cost of the order was $174. I've called Nutrafol and emailed them, but get zero response. They don't answer their phones and their phone system actually hangs up on you (what type of customer service is this?). I bought a subscription and I'm at the end of my first month, but have heard no response from them about my second shipment.

Product Issues I was on a subscription for Balance vitamins from Nutrafol. After taking the vitamins for a short period of time, I realized I was having an allergic reaction. I immediately cancelled my subscription and contacted their customer service email to return an unopened box of vitamins that I had recently received. Their policy is you can return within 30 days of purchase for a full refund.
