Too Early to Tell? Not sure how to rate this. Been taking Nutrafol for 2.5 months and haven't really noticed a change in my hair.....yet. Have been told it takes a while so I'll do a follow-up review in 3 months.
Effective but expensive I (42 F) was prescribed a medication to help perimenopause symptoms, but it made my hair fall out in clumps, and I lost about 1/2 my hair and gained 10 lbs in one month. Absolute nightmare, major stressor. Hair loss Helps my hair remain thick
More hair/thicker ponytail This supplement suggested hair growth would begin after 3 months and they were right. At fourth month, I began to see new hair growth. Each month I have more hair and my ponytail feels 50% thicker. You can see the new, shorter hairs growing around my face.

This works on nails too!!! I’ve only been taking this for a couple months consistently. I had Bariatric surgery this summer and I wanted to prevent any potential hair loss. Some days I take four pills, most days I take 2 or 3. I haven’t noticed much with my hair yet, other than I’m not losing it, but my nails are crazy strong and growing like mad! It Absolutely 💯 works I spend lots on Amazon and never write reviews. Also, Generally very skeptical about magic pills but after using this for four months it works.
