We've rented with OIA for ten years..always found them to be most professional and accommodating. Prompt service on a holiday one year when AC went out. Helpful once with the owners when we needed an exception for a small dog. House usually, but not always, ready in advance of checkin.

We have rented latitude adjustment 3 years in a row. This year the cleaning crew, can't say anything nice about them We watched them for 1/2 hour messing around out side, while we were waiting to get in. But the home is great.
My family loves Oak Island. We have been vacationing there for over 35 years. We started using Oak Island Accommodations to find a property to stay in beginning in 2012 and we have been using them every year since that time and have always been pleased with the choices they offer and their service.
