Sunset Point was another pleasant rental second year in a row. Made special this year by great weather, good company and OKI Accommodations coming through in their maintenance and assistance to make our stay better equipped. Upon arrival we found unacceptable conditions with the lack of owner investment in deck furniture. C&E by the Sea was beautiful, roomy and well decorated. Kitchen was well stocked and there was plenty of fridge space in the house. Pool was smaller than we would have liked, however the other qualities in the house surpassed having a larger pool. House was well cleaned as were all the rentals we have had in the past with Oak Island Accomodations. I have used OIA for the past 25 years. They continue to get better and better. They listen to any concerns and rectify it immediately. From the wonderful people as you check in to the fabulous cleaners. I have been completely pleased every year when I usually rent twice a year. The condo's at Oak Island Villas are my favorite when I am down there by myself. "A Breath of Heaven" is my all time favorite.
