RecommendedWe have used them twice, and both times were great. The staff is competent and friendly. Loved the rentals!
I booked a rental that was listed with central air in the house ended up having window units that did not work in the middle of summer. Still waiting on Oak Island to call me back about my grievance. I never plan on renting with them again. Worst vacation ever because they ignored the situation.

Have had such good experiences with this company in the past, but this year has changed my opinion permanently. Sorry for the graphic photo attached here, but my family and I lived with this for a week, after paying several thousand dollars to rent. 1. Broken air conditioner on the first floor a few days before our arrival. They said they put “several” window units in to accommodate. Good friendly staff, great prices, clean rentals, great house, rentals your dream house today
They manage our rental for us and we love them. Everyone is so polite and anytime we need any type of maintenance done it is done immediately. Thanks to Destiny and Jessica for all of their help.

They have great rental property
7/14/18 Staying at Jolly Whaler on the beach. Showed up at 2:45 and House was trashed...old, unmanaged, disgusting and broken furniture. I called to let them know and asked to be switched they said NO. I asked for a refund and they said NO. Offered a food voucher. Oh boy. We drove from NY and family drove from OH. This was not expected and shocking. Still waiting to be cleaned but no one has shown up. Photos and video have been taken to share with social media. This is totally unacceptable.
