I love this place! The app is great! It makes checking in and out super easy! The staff is always very helpful and the accommodations are always clean and ready on time! Great selection as well.
I have utilized OIA for vacation rentals for about 5 years. They do a fabulous job providing great properties to fit any budget. Every issue I had was resolved promptly, and with a smile. The area is beautiful, and highly recommend it for a beach vacation....
Had no issues with rental... love oak island. Would like to suggest more competitive pricing especially concerning fees.

We have rented summer, spring and winter getaways from OIA for probably 25 years. Our time there has always been very pleasant. The homes are nice and comfortable with everything advertised. If service has been needed it was done timely and with our satisfaction. We will be there soon...
