We really enjoyed our stay! Beautiful well maintained home with all the amenities! Very clean! Only suggestion would be mirrors in the bedrooms! We really loved our family stay in this quiet location!

We really enjoyed our stay on Oak Island this spring. Our Oak Island Accommodations rental was perfect for our family. The property was clean, spacious, well-appointed and as advertised. We will be back and we will feel confident using OIA again.

When we arrived we had no water. Maintenance came out and after calling the owners found out the property had been winterized and was told how to cut it on. That tells me the cleaning person's used no water to clean properly prior to our arrival. Bathroom rugs were not clean, toilets needed cleaning, etc. Then we realized the TV in master bedroom was only local channels. We opted to pay for late checkout and someone was banging on our door anyway at 9am without notice that there was a supposed water leak in the house. ... read more

House was rented prior to our stay and the cleaning done after that stay was poor when compared to prior OIA rentals we have done.

Great little accommodations! OIA answered our questions very timely! There was a little bit not in the writeup of the place that we'd have liked to have known about it, but it didn't spoil anything! Thank you OIA!!

We have been renting from Oak Island Accommodations for many years. We have always been very satisfied and on the occasions that we needed to call, they were very prompt in resolving our issues. Our house was clean and inviting. We have stayed at the same house for 15 years and have never been disappointed! The staff is friendly and helpful.

I fell in love with this charming beachfront home during my first stay last year and looked forward to another stay this past October. I did have a few complaints only because during a time in which a pandemic is taking place and there are increased cleaning measures I was quite disappointed at the food stains on the oven door, water backup in the front shower and hair clogged in shower drain in clear sight in the back bathroom.
