RecommendedWe have used Oak Island Accommodations for several of our family vacations, most recently the past two summers. The homes are always nicely equipped, clean, and comfortable. Beautiful oceanfront locations and great customer service. Having a large family of 8 (with a little one on the way) along with a family pet can be tricky when searching for beach rentals, but with OIA’s online vacation rental search it’s a breeze. Quick and easy to book online! Can’t wait for our family trip in 2021!
We have rented through Oak Island Accommodations almost every year since 2012. The employees are so helpful during the booking process and the website is very user friendly. We’ll continue to use OIA for our rental needs.

5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I have rented through OIA for several years. we always get great service, be responsive to messages, and the cleaning is always excellent. this past year with COVID we felt safe in the home and didn't get sick. we love that they have an extensive list of pet friendly homes, vacation without out beloved pup is not an option.
I recently had my third stay on Oak Island with OIA, and it could not be easier. The online search was a breeze, the reservation process was quick, and the instructions were very clear....PLUS, the views are spectacular.
Stayed at Lazy Layover in June 2020. Beautiful home right on the beach balcony over looking ocean kitchen with the latest amenities clean and spacious would recommend using Oak Island Accommodations

Good Communications before arriving at our rental house. All Oak Island Arrival and Departure schedules and COVID rules were laid out in advance. Good Job !!
