For the last 5 years we’ve vacationed on Oak Island. It’s become family tradition. OKI Accommodations has been wonderful. They make the whole process of renting, staying, and checking out easy. They are so helpful and have always treated us like family.
OKI is our favorite beach vacation. Our family has been visiting OKI for several years and we love to be in a house right on the beach. The memories we make each year are priceless and we can’t wait to return next year.
OIA maintenance was great. We didn’t have hot water for two days, but they promptly fixed the problem by 2 pm on the third day. Since there were few light bulbs in the lamps, maintenance brought a pack of light bulbs too. There’s opportunity for improved housekeeping. No one was in the rental the week before us. Still, dirty floors, dusty ceiling fans, mold in showers/on shower curtains, dirty linen piled in closets, etc. It was a little concerning but we felt safe since no one had been in the house for a week. Positive experience. Helped us find rental that could accommodate a relative's challenges. Staff very warm, but professional. Rental house very clean. Overall very good, smooth and positive experience.
