RecommendedI give OIA a 4 star thumbs up review!!!! We have rented many times through Oak Island Accommodations over many years; we've never been disappointed. Our houses were always as promised and as described in the brochures or on the internet. Our extended family look forward to renting again in 2021 since we did not take a family vacation in 2020 due to the pandemic.
We have vacationed in the same beach house for the past 25 years. Our house, Karen's Place when we started but now named Paradise on Poles, is like a second home to our family. We love the Southport area, as well. ❤️
Our family has been traveling to Oak Island for 20 years now. This past summer with COVID-19 and the hurricane that went through Oak Island Accommodations were absolutely wonderful. They helped reassure us from beginning to end. They took care of all our needs. We are 4 generations and 20 of us total who return every year thanks to Oak Island Accommodations.

We have been coming to Oak Island for years. 2020 was no exception — we had plans to visit again... but then hurricane Isaias caused so much damage. Oak Island Accommodations handled a rather tense situation very professionally, keeping us informed of the progress the town was making to get back to normal. #OakIslandStrong
House was clean available when they said it would be. Questions are addressed quickly
We’ve been renting from OIA for over 20 years. If we ever had a problem they took care of it quickly and never intruded on our vacation.
