The management company was fine The beds were not very comfortable No washer or Dryer not good Only one small bathroom It was fine. I can’t recommend to someone else. Just average
Our vacation was amazing. We love Caswell. The house was perfect and easy to feel at home. It was clean and we could tell the cleaners took extra measures to clean with COVID going on. Will definitely go back!

I gave it 4 stars. I thought the fees for the golf cart and the dog were included in the rate we paid. As we were there we learned they were not. And the fees were as much as an additional nights stay. I would recommend you revisit how you present the charges so it’s more clear to the customer. The house was nice but the fees after the fact seemed excessive.
House was wonderful and most importantly it was extremely clean. It had everything we needed. The downstairs bathroom and shower were wonderful too. Beautiful front porch views of the ocean and Oak Island Pier. Enjoyed everything and already have plans to return.
Enjoyed staying at Pelican Flight.Interior renovations made the space comfortable. Sitting on deck benches was a pleasure each morning. Thankful for efforts of OIA to protect renters/clients especially this year. Also that OIA sets standards/expectations for comfort of clients.
The House was Beautiful Great accommodation's. We experienced some issues The Refrigerator Freezer in secondary kitchen froze up on freezer side causing water dripping constant on floor. The outside shower head was completely broken off. We ran out of propane to heat water tank and cook on the first Sunday morning We are a family of 19. We had a great time during this Covid virus time and would recommend
We found out a week away from our vacation that our house wouldn't be ready. But...OIA found us another house and we had a wonderful time as always. We love Oak Island!
The folks at Oak Island Accommodations were responsive to our issues and were always polite. HOWEVER Treetop Retreat was in pretty sad shape. Wonderful semi private front deck with a non sliding door as the only access and that door was a struggle all weekend. Maintenance came quick and did what he could but that door need new wheels for it has none. We struggled and hurt fingertips all three nights.
