I have been with Ohio State Water Proofing for 15 years. I love their warranty program and any time I have ever had any issues - they have always been back out to get it fixed within a day or so. Its nice to know there is still good company's that take care of their customers!!

It's especially at this time of year (April), that we are grateful for our waterproofed basement. It's been almost a decade now and we are satisfied with the quality and service.
My experience with Ohio State waterproofing has been outstanding. I bought my home after they had waterproofed for the previous owners. In the first year the main pump burned up and they had someone out to replace it the same day. I've never had a drop of water in my basement.
