The team members at Ohio State Waterproofing were very pleasant to work with. The sales agent who inspected our basement gave us several options to consider, along with costs for each. That let us make an educated decision for a solution to the leaks in our basement. The repair crew was phenomenal. They respected our home as if it were their own. They answered all our questions and explained why they were doing specific tasks. They were prompt and professional. It was well worth the investment to hire this company.

I want to first thank Ohio Water Proofing for coming out and giving me detailed information on what was going on in my home. I was only in my home a couple of weeks before I noticed leaking in my basement. I was very upset and disappointed that someone would not be honest before selling a home to someone.
