Ohio State Waterproofing sent Stefan out to check out my pumps. He replaced my pump promptly and was very nice. Happy for the quick customer service.
The guys were very quick. They were thorough with all instructions and shared any information pertaining to the job. They cleaned up afterward themselves which was very helpful. Would highly recommend!!
I was having pump issues and Stefan came and exchanged my pump out for a new one. Was at my house really early and accommodated my schedule.
