At one point our whole system failed. With one phone call someone one was there. Work was completed a new pump was put in place no questions asked. The workers were professional and easy to work with.

We had our waterproofing done by Ohio State Waterproofing in 1989 I pay our warranty every year if we had any concerns we call them and they come right out! If I had to do all again I would be calling them again this is the best company in Ohio for waterproofing they are honest and there for us if needed! Lifetime warranty when paid every year very happy after 36 years!

The staff is always so kind and courteous. They always patiently answer questions. Even with all the rain we’re had, my basement has stayed dry. Highly recommend!! A+++++
When we purchased our house, the basement was already waterproofed by Ohio State Waterproofing. Whenever we had an issue, they were 'johnny-on-the-spot'. It has been awhile since we have had any issues--which is great--but I do know that they are there for us at the drop of a hat---which is wonderful to know. All of the employees that have been here have been very professional & courteous. (4/16/24)
