I needed a transmission oil change and as I called around, shops were telling me they needed a week in advance and a couple of hours with a high charge, then I called Oilstop, where they were incredibly kind on the phone and said not only would they take me immediately, but it would only take them about 45 mins. I had a wonderful experience here. All the technicians were friendly thorough and they all had great attitudes. Service was fast all I needed was an oil change and they got it done pretty quick I didn't wait long at all

I have to say I'm pretty impressed by this place. They are great communicators, with several of them at a time working on a car...with great teamwork. And they offered us two complementary drinks while we waited! They also accepted my coupon without a problem. Check it out they were good to us! First timers!!!

I went in on 5/23/26. I went around 5pm. And there was a little bit of a wait. But it was almost closing time on a Saturday. The service I was given was above and beyond anything I expected! Especially from Kaitlyn! But the whole crew was fabulous. I'm not car savvy at all and they helped me through the process without making me feel like I was being ripped off. The service here is absolutely top notch. Every single time I've come here for an oil change they are so nice, they're fast, I get a cold beverage and they make you feel very cared for. I also don't feel pressured into buying anything even though they explain what everything is and what it's used for. I will continue to come back here because of the service and quality of work. This was probably the BEST experience I've had while getting my Car taken off!! I've had my share of horrible experiences at Car places, and this place made me believe that there are people out there that genuinely care about their Customers!! I've been coming to this location for years and have brought 4+ cars here consistently. I've also recommended this place to many friends and family because the customer service has always been great. Even when prices started going up, I continued coming back because I trusted the people and the service. I actually live pretty far away, but the way I was treated made it worth the drive.
