Took my truck here after several places didn't offer my oil filter. Staff was friendly and the service was very fast.

Quick and relatively painless. I take both my truck and my wife's car here for oil changes. Never had to spend more than 15-20 minutes total. They have free WiFi and always offer to being a beverage to you while they're working on your vehicle. They're not pushy about add-ons and are always very polite and professional. There's usually a few different coupons available, so search around online and bring in the best one.
They care to inform you of present car care you may require. Complimentary beverages upon arrival, service and quality is why I always choose oil stop.

Never going back again!! They take advantage of you and upsell you things you don't even need. None of those guys new a thing about cars. Couldn't answer any of my questions. Their attitude was horrible had to get management involved. Overall terrible experience.
I live in Ventura and I come get my oil change here in Camarillo. Always a great team , always good attitudes, and very informative!! All the guys are really awesome

Not coming back. $190 for a change w/ cabin air filters (they don't stock the 2 under the hood or it would have been four. They tried to sell me a bunch of other work. $500 or so worth. And it took about an hour and a half to get the service done. I sat in the hot sun waiting. Once in the facility, I was trapped. Cars and trucks running their engines inside - great - I now have an awful headache. I ended up spending $190. And it could have been $700. The attendant mumbles. And fumbles. I don't mind waiting, but when they start working on cars that came in after I did, I get a bit annoyed. Offering me a free beverage is nice, and all but getting my oil change done in a timely matter is better. I was coming here with all 3 of my cars but won't be in the future.
Used to here for years with my "lowered" cars and the team were great! A lot new faces lately and not the best . David had an attitude when helping me like if he was bothered . The manager was good greeted me offered me a drink and was very nice . I don't mind paying the prices for a good service . But the last 2 times feels just different . I've never gone to Jiffy Lube for the same reason maybe it's time I give them a chance .
