Went a few weeks ago . Had to wait in the car for 20 minutes before they started working. Then the upsell pitch on all the oil and gas additives from 2 different workers was too much . But the worst was the increase in price. 90 bucks out the door for a basic oil change with a discount coupon . For a tiny Toyota? Thats crazy.
Went to get an oil change today and the team here at the drive thru are awesome! Almost like a rap the way the team communicates from under the vehicle to above the vehicle. Osmar took care of my 2014 Ford Edge like it was his own. Replaced missing air cap ony tire, squeegeed my windows and Fernando kept me in the loop of any additional recommendations which I don't mind cuz hey its their job to upsell and inform. Thank you team for getting me back on the road with no worries!

I've come to this place twice, the first time when they stated they didn't have the filter for my crossover, the management told staff to tell me "we currently do not have your filter in stock, but what you can do is go to Autozone, buy the filter, and we will take off the filter charge and give a discount to you." Did you know getting your oil changed could be not just convenient but also fun? The techs here work as a team and when you roll up you get to witness the action. You relax with a drink while they do their thing and hearing them working together is a hoot and a half. Bring a book to try to read but I can pretty much guarantee you'll be too amused watching the action to feel like getting through a few pages.
I only came here because I had been waiting for two hours at the dealership. Came in and was waiting behind 2 cars. They have two lanes so its not very fast. The prices though.. they're SKY HIGH!!! It's a 20-40 dollar service and they charge a hundred dollars. I won't ever come back. Just go to Meineke. Save yourself the time and money.

Thanks JT, Jackie and Juan. Can't get any better, the professionalism and customer service is top notch. Safety is also their top concern. Everyone works smoothly together as a team. Juan also showed me the new drain plug gasket and oil filter. Always meant to stop by but actually did and I'm glad they took care of me.
Came here needing an oil change. The moment I pulled up I was introduced by a young gentleman who offered me something for drink (I took a Dr Pepper) and told me it will be about a 5 minute wait which went by quick. Upon pulling into the bay another gentleman got my info and welcomed me again. The entire oil change process was under 30 minutes. Top notch service! Since Saturn went out of business we have been using them for our oil change / service for 10 years on our VUE. Brought in the car today to make sure it's ready for our son to commute to school and they topped us off and sent us on our way! Honest, friendly and super clean! Thank you oil stop!
