I only came here because I had been waiting for two hours at the dealership. Came in and was waiting behind 2 cars. They have two lanes so its not very fast. The prices though.. they're SKY HIGH!!! It's a 20-40 dollar service and they charge a hundred dollars. I won't ever come back. Just go to Meineke. Save yourself the time and money.
Thanks JT, Jackie and Juan. Can't get any better, the professionalism and customer service is top notch. Safety is also their top concern. Everyone works smoothly together as a team. Juan also showed me the new drain plug gasket and oil filter. Always meant to stop by but actually did and I'm glad they took care of me.
Came here needing an oil change. The moment I pulled up I was introduced by a young gentleman who offered me something for drink (I took a Dr Pepper) and told me it will be about a 5 minute wait which went by quick. Upon pulling into the bay another gentleman got my info and welcomed me again. The entire oil change process was under 30 minutes. Top notch service! Since Saturn went out of business we have been using them for our oil change / service for 10 years on our VUE. Brought in the car today to make sure it's ready for our son to commute to school and they topped us off and sent us on our way! Honest, friendly and super clean! Thank you oil stop!
Prompt, straight forward service. Showed me the air filter so I could see how dirty it was. Continuously updated me with what function was being performed. Offered me a cold water or soda which was appreciated. They located a leak from my transmission which ended up needing a service from the dealership. Greatly appreciated the attention to detail!! Will always bring the cars here from here on out.
Took my three vehicles in for oil change service last week. I have been going there since they started business. The last of the vehicles was my 30 foot RV, the guy who directed me into the bay was obviously inexperienced and didn't look at what was happening and I felt a bump but thought it was the uneven floor, he was looking nervous but didn't say anything. This place is incredible! Juan Rangel, specifically is an angel from heaven. After our rental car reservation turned into a fiasco an he helped to transform our perspective! I do my work truck service here, and my my kids car here, they keep records and recommended services, crew is fast and friendly
I wasn't going to post this, even after speaking with the District Manager. But I'd feel more guilt if I didn't. the hard up-sell is quite accurate. Had a couple of friends here before in past year or so with pretty similar stories. but worse is that the discriminate LBGT or any other people they can see physically associated with it. ON 3 separate instances I was told my car couldn't be serviced because they were "missing the part".
