Raul and Marcus took me in last min 20 min till closing. Sit in the comfort of your car. Gentleman we're extremely professional. I would highly recommend them over Jiffy lube. Offered free drinks on the house. Oil change started at 59.00. found myself a new location. D/ C Jiffy Lube after a blown engine due to dripping oil.

Was so impressed with the service and vibe of this establishment...even after waiting in line for 30+ minutes. They are a very efficient, methodical, and upbeat. They did try to upsell me and respected my no's. I was in and out within 25 minutes and it was great to observe their teamwork. Whomever is leading this establishment has managed to create an environment where the employees seem happy and the customer experience is as delightful as it can be....for an oil change :-) Well done.

Such a great place to get a quick oil change! I was in and out within 30 minutes. The guys that work here are very knowledgeable and helpful. Muzzy and Marcos helped me out today, very polite! What I learned from asking questions... depending on your car and the type of oil you put in it, your next oil change may not be for another 3,000-10,000 miles.. I get full synthetic and I have to change my oil every 6,000 miles (according to my car setting) which is what I do! Also, you don't have to buy what they offer or recommend. ... read more

I was pleased with the customer service at Oilstop. Thank you Jorge, Jacob, and Austin. The crew works well together as a team. I was in-and-out in 20-minutes and satisfied with the amount I was charged. Great job! John Howard Oxnard, Calif.

Wow, this place is excellent! I hate dealing with car issues but they make it absolutely painless. Customer service here is amazing, the guys are very professional, helpful, they explain everything they do along the way, completely non-intimidating, and honest. I was offered a beverage as soon as I drove in and it was so nice being able to sit in my car while they changed the oil. Again, it's worth mentioning that the customer service is great; they go above and beyond what was expected. They offered extra services but made... read more

My total was $175 dollars for an oil change... no add ons no air filter change, nothing... just an oil change. They advertised 115 on the sign and then my total came to 175. I asked why and they said because it was only the first 5 quarts. My car takes 8, so it was 3 extra quarts that were 15 dollars a piece and that totaled 175 dollars.. they gave me a discount only because no one informed me that I needed three extra over the first 5 and I complained about it. I will never ever go back to this place. Incredibly expensive a... read more
