This was so disappointing. Drove from Port Hueneme based on the reviews. Pull in and wait thinking to myself "how long could it take" short answer 1 hour was the estimate given to me by the mechanics. Really didn't have an hour so he told me to back out. I am on the freeway when I realize they never latched the hood.
Quick, affordable, friendly. More than you would ever expect from an oil changing place. We will never go anywhere else. This last time the main guy doing the work on our car ended with "one more thing. I'm noticing a lot of rat droppings in your engine. DON'T GO ANYWHERE ELSE FOR AN OIL CHANGE! This place is AMAZING! They have WONDERFUL customer service and no B.S. sales tactics here! You sit in your car the entire time they do the oil changes and they have free Wi-Fi that you can use while you wait. While they don't use sales tactics here (they don't get paid commission), they do, however, let you know everything that's needed and recommended for your vehicle in order to keep the vehicle running smoothly. The price is not bad it comes out to 46$ but what makes this place worth coming to is their friendly customer service and respectful help. They don't get commission so they don't try to over sale you but they inform you of what you can get done to your car. It was a drive through oil change literally you drive in sit in your car as they do the oil change talk to you show you the oil and the tire pressure of your tires I mean really really nice experience will definitely come again. I recommend everyone to give them a try.
Ok my first time getting my oil changed without my husband or father, they were great! Yes they try and add tons of stuff but I got what I needed which was a air filter and the oil change for $60! They were all so friendly the moment I pulled up asked me if I wanted a drink, was in and out in about 15 min! Fast and great! I'll definitely keep coming here from now on!!
This place is amazing! The mechanics we so polite and efficient! The only thing I am disappointed about, is that I waited so long to finally stop in for an oil change. When we first arrived we were offered a complimentary beverage whilst we waited. And we were in and out in less than 30 minutes!! Please, please, please go here and support this amazing business. I've been to too many other main chains and mom and pop joints that overcharge and oversell to their customers, but I don't ever have to worry when going here!
I've been coming to this place for years. Consistently excellent service. Professional friendly courteous stuff. My car runs perfectly. When I'm having a bad day, I will come here just so someone will be nice to me.
I would never think to testify of a lube shop but they are truly amazing! I loved their customer service. They were kind courteous and offered me hot chocolate and asked if I needed a refill. They lubed my doors so they would not squeak. They changed my oil quickly and I really enjoyed the fact that I didn't have to take my kids out of the car. I recommend this place to everyone!
This place is a huge step above jiffy lube or any other drive-thru oil change place I've ever been to. They have reasonable prices, outstanding service, coupons galore (I always get $10 off coupons in the mail and they usually give you another $10 off coupon for your next oil change), and they also have a card they stamp for you every time you go which gives you your 6th oil change free!
