Due to a personal location change, I tried out Oil Stop at this location, while also being a previous Jiffy Lube visitor. This visit offered great people, friendly staff, but.... I brought along my own/previously purchased synthetic oil and filter, which they indicated was no problem at all. They kept trying to sell me on lots of services and products that I did not want/need. I have used OilStop for over 10 years, and have always been pleased with their service. At least until today. I arrived at about 9 AM, and was directed to the right lane behind a pickup being serviced (left lane was empty). After a few minutes, another employee came out and asked me to back out of the right lane and switch to the left lane. He directed me out of the right lane, and into position in the left lane. Great place and super convenient for parents with small kids. A little pricey but ok. They gave me tea and drinks for the kids. So cool.

Wow, this place is excellent! I hate dealing with car issues but they make it absolutely painless. Customer service here is amazing, the guys are very professional, helpful, they explain everything they do along the way, completely non-intimidating, and honest. I was offered a beverage as soon as I drove in and it was so nice being able to sit in my car while they changed the oil. What can I say? I am astounded, literally stunned by the quality of service that I received here. I have worked in the Automotive industry for over 6 years, and haven't ever really needed to use one of these places on account of either working at a dealership or having all the necessary tools at home. Now that I'm in a different industry, both time and lack of tools prevent me from doing even simple things like an oil change (no jack). i took my ford to get a oil change. i drove in their shop with my car perfectly fine, besides needing an oil change. once they popped the hood and asked my to turn on so they can check the transmit ion level the car would start. we got it started didn't think any thing of it. til after everything was done. they need to give my truck a jump so it would turn on, when it did turn on i heard a pop, then white smoke came out of the exhaust. then they went on saying my head gasket was cracked. i drove in with my car working now I'... read more

I was ripped off by Jiffy Lube so badly that I swore I'd abandon my oil-devoid car at the side of the road before I'd go back to any Jiffy Lube, anywhere. My bad experience there made me wary of any drive-in quickie oil-change place. Ideally, I'd take my car into my usual mechanic, but for something as minor as an oil change, it's not feasible to leave my car there for the whole day. This place deserves every star on this rating. Seriously. I was suspicious when my husband added that if I didn't wanna spend a bajillion pesos at the dealership to get our second-in-command car lubed up, that Jiffy Lube (those sheisters!!) was not an option but Oilstop was. I love this place! I get to stay in my comfy car and don't have to sit in a dirty grimy plastic chair in a dingey waiting room. I like being able to witness them do the work. They crew is exceedingly polite, courteous and friendly. They offer a lot of upgrade options. They are quick and efficient and have a selection of cold and hot complimentary beverages. How much better can it get! Quick, friendly and a free drink!
