I've been coming to this place for years. Consistently excellent service. Professional friendly courteous stuff. My car runs perfectly. When I'm having a bad day, I will come here just so someone will be nice to me.

I would never think to testify of a lube shop but they are truly amazing! I loved their customer service. They were kind courteous and offered me hot chocolate and asked if I needed a refill. They lubed my doors so they would not squeak. They changed my oil quickly and I really enjoyed the fact that I didn't have to take my kids out of the car. I recommend this place to everyone!

This place is a huge step above jiffy lube or any other drive-thru oil change place I've ever been to. They have reasonable prices, outstanding service, coupons galore (I always get $10 off coupons in the mail and they usually give you another $10 off coupon for your next oil change), and they also have a card they stamp for you every time you go which gives you your 6th oil change free! This place is on point, whether you want a simple oil change or additional services they can handle it. The $10 coupon on their website makes this oil change 29.99 plus tax. I've come here multiple times with no issue.

How I got there: I only wanted an oil change and usually pay about $26. I am new to the area so I relied on yelp reviews to find a good place to change my oil. The Oilstop Drive Thru had a pretty good rating and their website offered a 33 point inspection with the oil change for $40. I came in with a printed coupon from their website indicating that a $5 discount would be applied if the coupon is provided prior to services. Due to a personal location change, I tried out Oil Stop at this location, while also being a previous Jiffy Lube visitor. This visit offered great people, friendly staff, but.... I brought along my own/previously purchased synthetic oil and filter, which they indicated was no problem at all. They kept trying to sell me on lots of services and products that I did not want/need. I have used OilStop for over 10 years, and have always been pleased with their service. At least until today. I arrived at about 9 AM, and was directed to the right lane behind a pickup being serviced (left lane was empty). After a few minutes, another employee came out and asked me to back out of the right lane and switch to the left lane. He directed me out of the right lane, and into position in the left lane. Wow, this place is excellent! I hate dealing with car issues but they make it absolutely painless. Customer service here is amazing, the guys are very professional, helpful, they explain everything they do along the way, completely non-intimidating, and honest. I was offered a beverage as soon as I drove in and it was so nice being able to sit in my car while they changed the oil.
