How I got there: I only wanted an oil change and usually pay about $26. I am new to the area so I relied on yelp reviews to find a good place to change my oil. Due to a personal location change, I tried out Oil Stop at this location, while also being a previous Jiffy Lube visitor. This visit offered great people, friendly staff, but.... I brought along my own/previously purchased synthetic oil and filter, which they indicated was no problem at all. I have used OilStop for over 10 years, and have always been pleased with their service. At least until today. I arrived at about 9 AM, and was directed to the right lane behind a pickup being serviced (left lane was empty). After a few minutes, another employee came out and asked me to back out of the right lane and switch to the left lane. He directed me out of the right lane, and into position in the left lane. Great place and super convenient for parents with small kids. A little pricey but ok. They gave me tea and drinks for the kids. So cool.
Wow, this place is excellent! I hate dealing with car issues but they make it absolutely painless. Customer service here is amazing, the guys are very professional, helpful, they explain everything they do along the way, completely non-intimidating, and honest. I was offered a beverage as soon as I drove in and it was so nice being able to sit in my car while they changed the oil. What can I say? I am astounded, literally stunned by the quality of service that I received here. I have worked in the Automotive industry for over 6 years, and haven't ever really needed to use one of these places on account of either working at a dealership or having all the necessary tools at home. I was ripped off by Jiffy Lube so badly that I swore I'd abandon my oil-devoid car at the side of the road before I'd go back to any Jiffy Lube, anywhere. My bad experience there made me wary of any drive-in quickie oil-change place.
