Unbelievable! Terrible service. I had to sit in my car behind 8 cars all jammed together and not one car went through to be washed! No one paying attention that all the cars were sitting with no one sending cars through. I had to finally say something before they workers took charge. I'm ending my monthly membership. It shouldn't take 50 minutes to drive your own car through for a wash (exterior only to boot) Back to the wash by outlets!!
Quality service. Never had a bad experience here. This is my go to place for an oil change!
Always fast and nice and quick carwash too! Always willing to check my tires in between services.
By far best service supper friendly and they offer complimentary drinks coffee truly recommend this place.
I'm here right now and honestly, I love he service. I've serviced 3 vehicles over the past five years here and the friendly atmosphere, no nonsense service is incredible. I definitely recommend Oil Stop for basic service for any auto. A great place with a fantastic desire to simply serve. Fantastic!
I'm sure they do an adequate job changing my oil. And it's not the fault of the employees who I'm sure are just doing what they're told to do from the big bosses. But getting my oil changed here is the worst! Every 30 seconds they interrupt you to try to upsell you on something, and then force a pamphlet on you about the upsell item you just rejected. I love coming here for all of my car needs! Service here is prompt and worth the value. You are offered complimentary beverages and given suggestions for services that will extend the life of your car. You are offered a car wash and a vacuum to clean the interior of your car as well! I am definitely coming here again.
Love this oil stop! Everyone that works here is great, the service is fast, and if it's going to take longer than usual they give you a heads up! They always offer complimentary beverages which is a nice touch too!
Great place for an oil change if you have mobility issues! I was treated like a queen and never had to get out of my car. High quality service, no hassle sales, free beverages and a free car wash. Prices are reasonable. I personally don't mind paying a bit more for the great service and convenience.
