Great service! I have been coming here for years and am always impressed with the speed and service. Great crew. They will try and upsell you so be prepared for that.
So they do not mention the second half of the busines which is the car wash. Let me just say. You clean your house. At least I hope you do. So it is only right that once in a while you take the time to clean your car. And for the price. This is the place. Car Wash 2Go OilStop is the other half of the business. It will be the best $6 dollars you spent on your car. Here is why. The wash part goes super fast. It is less then three minutes. You have to vacuum out your car yourself. After a stressful night and morning dealing with a possible leaking radiator, I went into Oilstop Drive Thru to get a very belated oil change, and to maybe get confirmation whether or not I needed to take my car into an auto repair shop. The employee greeting me, Jonathan, was very polite and professional, who could tell right away that I was having a coolant leak. Very nice & polite employees. They took the time to explain & show me everything they were doing. Very quick service. I also recieved a free car wash & free use of the vacuums. They even offer complimentary beverages & free Wi-Fi. I will definitely go back for my next service.
All the Guys are awesome, friendly, professional. I trust them very much. The pruce is right, fast convient.
Service was great. Very Busy, probably best to go earlier in the day. I went Mid- afternoon and wait was about 1/2 hour. Thorough inspection, step by step service explanation.
Amazing service! Everyone was extremely polite and professional. They introduced themselves and let you know what they were doing every step of the way. Not only do you receive excellent customer service but free drinks and car wash as well! Two thumbs up!
Staff is on point, very thorough on every step of the process. I really like the "drive through" concept at the new look oil change stations. All three of the team members were more than polite & accommodating(Kai being one of them). Free car wash (good for 30 days) with every oil change. Like all stations they do offer extra services but these guys were not pushy. Great business model executed well!
