Amazing customer services! It was almost overwhelming how attentive and informative they were. I probably had 4 guys in my car at all times and they had all three bays going.
Total 5 star. This place is awesome and have been coming here for years. It can be somewhat expensive but less than car repair. I love the service.
They are amazing and super friendly. Never pressure you to purchase anything you don't want. Always leave this place content with their work. This is my go to location and I will continue to come back!
Well I will DEFINITELY continue to be a customer at this Oilstop!!! Went in for a routine oil change on Saturday & was told I had an oil leak, they asked if I'd hit anything on the underside of me car...no, I hadn't. Upon inspecting they discovered it was a faulty seal on the oil filter & they had done my last oil change. Now they didn't have to tell me all of this...but THEY DID! Service was wonderful. They try to up sell you extra services but not too hard. Everyone was friendly, they offer you a cold drink. I was very happy until it came time to pay. They charged me 5.00 because my RAM van uses a "special" oil filter. Have never had another oil change place charge me extra for an oil filter. I checked at Amazon and OReily. Hands down, one if not the best Oil change I have had. No pressure to buy additional service, friendly staff, quick but professional service. Right off the bat, when you drive up they ask if you would like a refreshment ie, water, juice soda. Free car wash for using there service. Very pleasant visit. I will use for now on.
Unbelievable! Terrible service. I had to sit in my car behind 8 cars all jammed together and not one car went through to be washed! No one paying attention that all the cars were sitting with no one sending cars through. I had to finally say something before they workers took charge. I'm ending my monthly membership. It shouldn't take 50 minutes to drive your own car through for a wash (exterior only to boot) Back to the wash by outlets!!
Quality service. Never had a bad experience here. This is my go to place for an oil change!
Always fast and nice and quick carwash too! Always willing to check my tires in between services.
