Suffice it to say that I am very unhappy and disappointed. I used to love and appreciate the convenience of having oil changes at Oil Stop. Recently, I recently brought my vehicle in for an oil change and the multi-point service they offer. So I had the service, like I have done many times before. I was going to get my vehicle smogged and thought it would be a good idea to get an oil change before I go to the smog place. I'm super impressed with the service here. Everyone is extremely courteous and professional and they really make you feel welcome. The service is thorough without being pushy and the prices are reasonable. The best part is still the people who work here who really do go above and beyond, and they are the reason I will keep coming back.
Extremely friendly, quick, and great service! Stopped by on a weekday at 4:30 PM for an oil change and was in and out under 20 mins. They offered additional services/add ons but I declined. Overall very pleased with my experience, would come again.

The service was so beyond professional I didn't even finish getting an oil change before posting my review. The managers name is Miguel and his crew Jackie, Luis, Daniel, Etc... are top notch! My van needed an oil change and I didn't want to wait for hours. I went to Oil Stop July 3 around 11am. The guy who greeted me informed me it would be about 1 1/2 hours so I left and came back. The second time was told 40 minutes so I waited. Luis asked if I wanted something to drink. I took some waters. The others, Christian and Kevin all greeted me from time to time to update on ETA and to see if I needed more drinks. Young lady did too but I forgot her name (sorry young lady). Love love LOVE this place!! I have always had great experiences with their staff and services. I will NEVER GO ANYWHERE ELSE. The highest quality there is. They even provide free refreshments.
