Quality work and great service. The whole team was friendly and you can tell it was organized and ran efficiently . Definitely would recommend!
Would have given 5 stars. All personnel and service was great. I normally change my own oil but time never permitted on this oil change so I decided to try the new oil stop in Monrovia. Everything explained through out the process and even got a complimentary water and cab filter. But the reason for a low rating was due to my skid plate not being properly installed. Due to this, I was driving on the freeway at 70 mph and caused me to turn off into the emergency lane. Sad to say but my aluminum skid plate is toast. Kept remin... read more
Most thorough oil change experience I've ever enjoyed. Prices are higher than average oil change spots but the additional fee is earned, not simply charged. Christian, Anthony & everyone else (totaling at least 4 workers) gave me courteous, professional A+ service from start to finish (NO disrespect to other staff who serviced my car but I'm very bad with remembering names) They do try to upsell you but NEVER aggressively so, inform you every action they take, show you current fluid levels, air filter, inflate tires, lean wi... read more
They have Mobil 1 Oil. They have Mobil 1 Oil. I have almost given up on using They have Mobil 1 Oil in my cars, because so hard to find. Yes, it is more expensive, but I think it is worth it. I rarely post reviews. Yes, the offer more than oil, and other things, but sometimes you need other things. They have more car expertise, so why not listen to their recommendations and decide for your self? there is no attitude if you say no. Miguel was very helpful, and the whole team was great only remember his name.
First time here today and let me just say, wow! Excellent, professional, courteous, and efficient! Luis was so polite and not pushy at all with his recommendations for service, and Christian explained everything so well. I appreciate their service and great communication. **Great Service at Oilstop Monrovia** I had a great experience at Oilstop in Monrovia. Miguel and his team were professional, polite, and very helpful. They offered a few useful add-ons, but without being pushy. They explained the benefits clearly, letting me decide. I'll definitely be coming back!
Love the experience here! Friendly and capable staff, offered drinks and checked in with us, reassuring us as we waited for our turn. Gave us approximate wait times, our position in the queue and what they were doing at each step. No hard selling of extras but did repeatedly offer additives and additional services, we did get our engine air filter replaced with them. From the welcoming to the exit everything went so smooth, it felt like I was part of a customer service video of how experiences should be Nevis it was so perfect no complaints I will be back smh recommend other ride share drivers.
