Love the experience here! Friendly and capable staff, offered drinks and checked in with us, reassuring us as we waited for our turn. Gave us approximate wait times, our position in the queue and what they were doing at each step. No hard selling of extras but did repeatedly offer additives and additional services, we did get our engine air filter replaced with them. From the welcoming to the exit everything went so smooth, it felt like I was part of a customer service video of how experiences should be Nevis it was so perfect no complaints I will be back smh recommend other ride share drivers. I went here for an oil change. I was fully satisfied they have great service. They put air-conditioning from the rear window, so I stay cool in the heat overall A+.
Oh my goodness -- this was arguably the nicest oil change experience I've had. I went for the drive through oil change and got lucky there was no line (I came around 4:50/5pm). The staff were very kind and helpful. It was really hot outside and they have AC on while doing my oil change and also offered me water. The staff I worked with were also very courteous people. Came for just an oil change.. Ended up waiting about 20 to be serviced.. another 30 just to change oil and in this heat as well, it's not as tolerable as you may think. Not coming again if I'll be honest.
Very long wait! no waiting area inside! They don't even have chairs outside so someone could sit, by the way it's 100° outside, don't get me wrong. The staff tries to be nice! but very unpleasant experience. would probably recommend on a cooler today, either way day should have an inside waiting room TV, AC, heater. Etc..
