I have been coming to this oil stop location for over 10 years! The services are a bit pricey, but for quality you get, it's worth it! The staff are very professional and don't push for you to purchase add ons like a lot of other places would, they suggest something, and you can just politely decline. Love this place. Always bring my cars here for service. Great service amazing customer care. Love tbe free drinks and complete information they give you regarding your car. Can not beat the price especially with the coupon. They give you a free car wash coupon. Amazing. Thank you everyone that works here.

Off the charts customer service. Which is why I keep coming back. Not only are they not pushy, but they go above and beyond explaining things, and providing top notch service. What motivated me to write a review was the fact that they accidentally overcharged me. Not only did they catch the error, but they went out of their way to track me down to make sure I was reimbursed. Prices are reasonable, and they make the experience extraordinary.

If you're expecting an oil change to cost around $85, make sure you're paying close attention and asking a lot of questions--because I just got charged $140. They tried to sneak in a $4 filter after I explicitly declined a new oil filter. When I questioned it, I was told it was "required," even though I had just said no. 4 months after my initial review I had my car services at my local shop for a brake job, part of the maintenance was checking the oil. They showed me how dark the oil was, basically they confirmed the oil was not changed 4 months ago, that 2.4k miles later the oil couldn't have trim that dark. My local shop has been my go to for years. Silly me I fell for a cheap oil change coupon! This place is a total scam, shame on you.

I have used Oil Stop a couple of times and I'm very pleased with the service in every way. Like any place the do recommend up sales but it is no pressure. I love that they are friendly and fast!!!

First time! I will be back. They were able to complete the oil change in a timely manner. Jordan was super kind and informed me of all the specifications my car required and they took care of it! They also offer add ons to help boost the engines life. Quickest oil change I've ever had and wayyyy better than the car dealership charges.

New year 2025 new oil change! Still the same crew and still As Good service as always! Miguel is still the shift leader and he is always providing real good customer service together with his fellows!
