First time! I will be back. They were able to complete the oil change in a timely manner. Jordan was super kind and informed me of all the specifications my car required and they took care of it! They also offer add ons to help boost the engines life. Quickest oil change I've ever had and wayyyy better than the car dealership charges.

The service here was truly amazing! Every single person was incredibly kind and went above and beyond to take care of my car. It reminded me of the hot chocolate scene from The Polar Express--everyone was so lively, cheerful, and welcoming while working on my car and chatting with me, it was literally like choreography lol The energy and positivity were unmatched. Totally worth it--I couldn't be happier with the service and the care they provided! Highly recommend great value!

Would have given 5 stars. All personnel and service was great. I normally change my own oil but time never permitted on this oil change so I decided to try the new oil stop in Monrovia. Everything explained through out the process and even got a complimentary water and cab filter. But the reason for a low rating was due to my skid plate not being properly installed. Due to this, I was driving on the freeway at 70 mph and caused me to turn off into the emergency lane. Sad to say but my aluminum skid plate is toast. Kept remin... read more

Most thorough oil change experience I've ever enjoyed. Prices are higher than average oil change spots but the additional fee is earned, not simply charged. Christian, Anthony & everyone else (totaling at least 4 workers) gave me courteous, professional A+ service from start to finish (NO disrespect to other staff who serviced my car but I'm very bad with remembering names) They do try to upsell you but NEVER aggressively so, inform you every action they take, show you current fluid levels, air filter, inflate tires, lean wi... read more

They have Mobil 1 Oil. They have Mobil 1 Oil. I have almost given up on using They have Mobil 1 Oil in my cars, because so hard to find. Yes, it is more expensive, but I think it is worth it. I rarely post reviews. Yes, the offer more than oil, and other things, but sometimes you need other things. They have more car expertise, so why not listen to their recommendations and decide for your self? there is no attitude if you say no. Miguel was very helpful, and the whole team was great only remember his name.

**Great Service at Oilstop Monrovia** I had a great experience at Oilstop in Monrovia. Miguel and his team were professional, polite, and very helpful. They offered a few useful add-ons, but without being pushy. They explained the benefits clearly, letting me decide. I'll definitely be coming back!
