I recently visited Oil Stop for an oil change on my Toyota Corolla, and I couldn't be happier with the service I received. Christian, who assisted me, was exceptionally professional and friendly, greeting me with a warm smile right from the start . I went here for an oil change. I was fully satisfied they have great service. They put air-conditioning from the rear window, so I stay cool in the heat overall A+.
Oh my goodness -- this was arguably the nicest oil change experience I've had. I went for the drive through oil change and got lucky there was no line (I came around 4:50/5pm). The staff were very kind and helpful. It was really hot outside and they have AC on while doing my oil change and also offered me water. The staff I worked with were also very courteous people. Came for just an oil change.. Ended up waiting about 20 to be serviced.. another 30 just to change oil and in this heat as well, it's not as tolerable as you may think. Not coming again if I'll be honest.
Very long wait! no waiting area inside! They don't even have chairs outside so someone could sit, by the way it's 100° outside, don't get me wrong. The staff tries to be nice! but very unpleasant experience. would probably recommend on a cooler today, either way day should have an inside waiting room TV, AC, heater. Etc..

Highly recommend this location. Great service. Good prices and friendly staff. I waited a few minutes on a weekend and was in and out in less than 45 minutes. Will certainly go back!
Little pricier than most places, but to me it's all about the customer service. Very polite, very communicative and not pushy to sell things. I highly recommend!
