Great service! Kevin is great! He is who i dealt with but everyone is very nice and helpful. Definitely would come back to get my oil changed. Appreciate the quality service.
After taking both my cars here for over eight years, the only place I've taken them for oil change. I started getting an oil leak on my new car which I took to the dealer who told me it was due to improper drainage plug being put back in and showed me all the oil that I had leaked out which cost me an extra $200 to have Toyota clean it up. I will not be coming back to this place if they cannot replace a simple oil drain plug
Wouldn't go anywhere else. Very thorough and amazingly friendly. In and out very quickly. We also took advantage of the free drinks and car wash.
Came here for my regular oil change, I love their fast and quality oil changes! That's why I give oil stop 5 stars! I will Tell many family and friends how good their service is!

Came today after a nightmare encounter with Jiffy Lube on Huntington in Azusa which I left before they were able to lay a hand on my car. I drive a fairly brand new Kia K5 which most places don't carry the oil filter or correct oil for. This place didn't have the filter but gave a discount for bringing my own. Frank, Luis and Kevin helped service my vehicle and they made the entire process so easy! The price was good, the technicians were knowledgeable and not trying to sell you everything they could. Oil Stop in Monrovia has always been my go to for oil changes and lubricant service for my vehicles. They are always professional. The staff are consistent. I have tried other oil change outfits in the area and the staff and service are always questionable at those other outfits. I'm glad I have a good, honest shop with good honest staff to service my vehicles when needed.
Phenomenal,Outstanding service, great communication skills, now I have a little more knowledge and point of view of my SUV thank you guys at the drive thru. Great team they have no lie !!!
