Had a low oil warning on my Porsche Boxster. Normally I keep up on this but maybe because I'm not driving as much it snuck up on me. I needed to have this fixed right away. Came early in the morning shortly after they had already opened on a weekday. They were able to take care of my car quickly and professionally. Wow! 5 star service all the way! From Jessica who answered the phone with an absolute lovely greeting and positive "love-my-job" attitude, to Peter and Maxeen who served me today with the MOST positive and professional attitude, I'm blown away. These young people have been trained well to treat their customers as well as each other! Well done all!
Have been coming here for years, great service and a good price (coupon on website). They upsell products but are not pushy about it. Pulled in today for a top off and tire pressure check and is free if you are customer. Always super friendly and they bring you a beverage!
Excellent service from happy young people who are thorough and professional. They offer much more than a typical "jiffy lube" and I was in and out in under 20 minutes. I'll go to this service station from now on.
I visited Oilstop for the first time last week for a routine oil change. Once I pulled up, I was instructed to stay in my car as I waited for the car in front of mine to be serviced. While I waited I was offered a complimentary bottle of water. My wait was about 25 minutes. As I pulled forward, 2 to 3 technicians began to get to work on my car. If you are in a rush and don't mind paying more it's great. I needed to get my oil changed during my lunch break and made it back to my office with 10 minutes to spare! They have a team working on you and you don't even have to get out of your car. I will admit it's more than I usually pay for an oil change but the service was fast friendly and attentive.
