1st time coming here, called in for a full synthetic oil change & to get prices which were better then a few places I had called before. Once I pulled up the service was amazing!!!! The best team work I've ever seen in a shop. The communication was amazing. Ask if I wanted a complementary drink as I waited in my car (soda, water, coffee, & hot coco) Let me know everything they were doing and what I needed or what they recommend. Perfect place to get your oil changed! They break down the prices for you and answer any questions you have. They also offer you water and soda as you wait. I left with 3 cans of coke and a water bottle because When I asked if I could take one for my boy friend they didnt care.The wait time is not long at all and they do their job quick and efficient. Also thought I was going to have to pay like $100+ to get my oil change but I spent less than that and I even got the synthetic oil.

They did it again! the way these team players run this garage is Amazing, I love the way they smile and so much positive energy to get my day going as soon as possible. They always explain everything so well, I will continue to recommend friends and family members. Thank you ALL!!!

This was my first time trying Oilstop drive-through. When I arrived I noticed the facility was clean and kept the employees quickly greet you with a professionalism that I've never seen before in a garage. I want to give a special shout out to Johnny who is the manager at this location and I would also like to think Ernesto the gentleman who was maintaining my vehicle. These people are very grateful and polite I can't see much but I will definitely come back.

Talk about a 180, this was the service I was expecting the last time I went. Tyrone a man of his word, honored the voucher I lost for a free oil change. The service was on point and informal to its best capacity. Well done to the team there in Norwalk, CA.

This is my second time coming here. They all are very professional and welcoming. I would rather pick this place over my car dealership. Tyrone is so amazing I love coming to this place seeing him. He walks around always smiling and making sure that the customer was taking care of that is what a manager suppose to be. Ernesto and the assistant manager Andrew is also welcoming. I almost always go to Oilstop to get my oil changed and this location has been the best experience yet. I was quickly greeted as soon as I pulled up and despite it being pretty busy someone came over and checked in with what I needed abs offered me a complimentary beverage. I know right ... how nice. I enjoyed my hot chocolate while I waited for them to start my oil change.
