Visited a couple of weeks ago for an oil change. Top notch service. They were quick efficient and friendly. I was in and out of there in about 40 min versus going to a dealership and waiting four hours for an oil change. Great job!

I have been going to this facility for over a year because they are fast and friendly ...but today I had an unpleasant visit. I understand that the technicians have to upsell the client on whatever they can ..I don't know if they work on commission or not but today I was charged for a service that I clearly declined. That's not a way to run a business! The technician that performed the service eventhough I said no was Jonathan "Johnny " Borland
This was a great overall experience. I had two cars in front of me so I waited approximately 20-30 minutes. While waiting I was asked several times if I was okay and needed any refreshments (which they offer for free) bottle water, soda, or coffee. Once I got up to the front of the line and was being serviced, the guy went through step, by step as to what they were going to do. Incredible service. So fast and efficient. Everyone there was incredibly polite, including Benjamin, Tyrone and the other guys (sorry I couldn't get all of your names!) They don't take commissions off selling the products/services so I felt no pressure to say yes/no to any of what they offered me. It was incredibly quick - I pulled up and there was a space open already and they started working on my car within 30 seconds.
